The paper mode has also been eliminated for nonresidents without a tax representative. If you do not have a Spanish digital certificate, it is <strong data-start=\"997\" data-end=\"1057\">highly recommended to appoint a tax representative<\/strong>.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-61347cf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"61347cf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u2705 Optional annual declaration for rental income 2. <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-66505ec elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"66505ec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1361\">The most significant change concerns the possibility of <strong data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1254\">aggregating rental income and declaring it only once a year<\/strong>, instead of quarterly as was the case in the past.<br data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1308\">This option is <strong data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1340\">optional<\/strong>, but allowed only if:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1362\" data-end=\"1517\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1362\" data-end=\"1417\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1364\" data-end=\"1417\">All income comes from the <strong data-start=\"1397\" data-end=\"1416\">same property<\/strong>;<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1418\" data-end=\"1471\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1420\" data-end=\"1471\">They are of the <strong data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1446\">same type<\/strong> (e.g., tourist rentals);<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1472\" data-end=\"1517\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1474\" data-end=\"1517\">The <strong data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1516\">same tax rate<\/strong> is applied.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1739\"><strong data-start=\"1522\" data-end=\"1534\">Due<\/strong> date: <strong data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1559\">January 1 to 20<\/strong> of the following year (e.g., income 2024 \u2192 declaration by January 20, 2025).<br data-start=\"1638\" data-end=\"1641\">If payment by bank debit is desired, the due date is advanced to <strong data-start=\"1724\" data-end=\"1738\">January 15<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2ad6ae2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2ad6ae2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u2705 3. Automated checks with Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo, etc. <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-26b57ee elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"26b57ee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Spanish Tax Agency has activated <strong data-start=\"1848\" data-end=\"1913\">automatic checks with major tourism platforms<\/strong>. Portals such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and the like <strong data-start=\"1963\" data-end=\"2041\">will send data directly to the tax authorities on income received<\/strong> by owners.<br data-start=\"2058\" data-end=\"2061\"> If you do not submit Form 210, even for a few days of renting, <strong data-start=\"2131\" data-end=\"2173\">the tax authorities will notice<\/strong> thanks to this cross-referenced data. <br data-start=\"2206\" data-end=\"2209\"><strong data-start=\"2212\" data-end=\"2264\">Failure to declare may result in penalties<\/strong>, even if the amount is minimal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a2eecd4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a2eecd4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u2705 4.
