This morning at 11:00 a.m. in Playa del Ingles in Gran Canaria, new Distance Sale through Power of Attorney completed for PROPERTY FOR SALE GRAN CANARIA on behalf of Italian Investor who relied on our work. After a Restyling by our Italian Partner Renovation Company, it will be ready to be rented to tourists.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the buyer for the trust placed in our company.
This morning, in the office of Notary Jose Chafer Rudilla in Playa del Ingles, we completed a new sale with “Power of Attorney at a Distance” on behalf of an Italian Investor, who purchased a beautiful apartment with a large terrace with sea view in Puerto Rico, southern Gran Canaria.
The sale also included the signing of the Deed of Donation of the property with retention of the usufruct.
Today new notarized deed for the purchase of a property in Puerto Rico, South of Gran Canaria, by an investor client of mine whom I thank for their trust.
Today new notarial deed for “Distance Sale with Power of Attorney” for signing in my favor of a property in the Puerto Rico area purchased by an Italian investor who had already bought another property with me in March, during the lockdown period.
Today’s signing was the result of a long and complex task of studying the cadastral and contractual documentation of the encumbered property.

19-February-2021 This morning in Playa del Ingles, in the Building “MERCURIO” Torre nº2, I signed on behalf of a Northern European investor the Deed for the Distant Purchase through Power of Attorney of two apartments in Puerto Rico that, after a total renovation that I designed and will personally supervise, will be destined for the Business of Short Rentals to tourists.

WE ARE FOCUSED ON THE SALE OF PROPERTIES SPECIFICALLY FOR THE SHORT-TERM RENTAL BUSINESS

Don’t buy just any Property that is offered to you by TRADITIONAL Real Estate Agencies who sell everything such as transferring business of Restaurants, Bars, Shops in general, Garages, Land etc.. etc.. so improvised and inexperienced in the fields of Short and Luxury Rentals, because they are only interested in pocketing the sales commission without Guaranteeing you the right investment.

The classic TRADITIONAL Real Estate Agency taking care of everything, can never offer you an excellent and guaranteed service for the management of your property for Short Rentals, because it has no experience with the complex law of Viviendas Vacacionales that allows you to rent without running the risk of hefty fines from the Internal Revenue Service and the inspections by the competent authorities.

Once the bungalow was purchased, Restyling work was done all budgeted and without asking for more money out of the budgeted budget, in fact, unplanned work was done without adding a penny.
