Looking at postings on platforms like Airbnb and Booking, I find that many listings are poorly maintained, outdated, and aim for bargain prices just to get a high occupancy rate.

In high or very high season, I see decent properties, with obvious potential, rented for 60/65 euros per night-a figure that sells out and gives value to the first person to book.
