Today I signed as remote representative of the seller with power of attorney, an Italian investor already my client who owns another Bungalow on the island, the deed to an apartment in Puerto Rico under my exclusive management with great satisfaction for all parties involved.

This sale turned out to be very complex because the deed of provenance, dating back to the year 1992, for unknown reasons had never been registered and the property was therefore in a kind of “black hole”…

After an in-depth study by my legal expert collaborators, we were able to complete the so-called “REANUDACIÓN DEL TRATO,” a kind of amnesty of the missing registration with the retrieval of the old deed of sale at the Las Palmas notarial archives, the double registration of the same and the subsequent passage, and the registration in the name of the new owner of the property thus emerged from a limbo with no return.

It was only thanks to my perseverance and the work of my entire Staff, combined with the always proactive cooperation of the Notary firm Chàfer Rudilla, that we managed to sell the property to the happiness of the seller but also of the buyer, a well-known businessman on the Island, who will make it his new seaside residence!
